On Monday, the China Consumers Association announced the 2022 theme of consumer rights protection of the National Consumers Association – “Together promote consumer fairness”.

“Promoting consumer equity together” has been defined as: the strict application of legal provisions; actively guide technology in a positive direction; strengthen the protection of special groups; and, practicing green and low-carbon consumption.

To promote the theme it put forward, throughout 2022, the China Consumer Association will actively publicize its themes while guiding moderate drinking habits in addition to green and environmentally friendly drinking habits. low carbon.

Second, the association will strengthen overall guidance in areas such as personal information protection, disclosure of false information, product quality and safety.

Third, it will exercise a watchdog role with respect to new energy vehicles, online gaming, off-campus education, and consumption by the elderly, minors, disabled, and rural consumers. The association will also look into the protection of personal information.
