This Saturday will be a significantly busy day for the Departmental Archives of Maine-et-Loire. In the early morning, Roselyne Bachelot, Minister of Culture, and Florence Dabin, President of the Department, will inaugurate the expansion work on this website, which is effectively recognized by heritage and genealogy enthusiasts. Roselyne Bachelot will also choose the possibility of submitting to the Departmental Archives a 15th century manuscript ordered by the State for its conservation.

In the afternoon, it’s time for fun and diversified activities for the general public!

In this case, the Departmental Archives will be exceptionally open to share this moment with as many people as possible from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.

The routines available are as follows:

  • Presentation of the “Guide of several hours of Anne de Melun”, founder of the Hôtel-Dieu de Baugé, 15th century manuscript mandated by the state
